Solurius Technologies Ltd and its affiliated services (“Solurius”, “we”, or “us”) operate the Solurius Learning Management System (LMS) and Security Awareness Training (SAT) platforms. These Terms govern your use of our platform, services, and related resources (“Site”). By accessing or using Solurius, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Platform Access and Content

Solurius provides access to:

• LMS training modules, dashboards, quizzes, certifications, SCORM/xAPI resources

• SAT content including phishing simulations, secure behavior assessments, and awareness material

• User-generated content such as submissions, discussions, uploads

Solurius and its licensors retain all rights in the platform design, content, branding, and structure. Unless otherwise stated, you may use content only for personal or internal business training purposes.

2. User Accounts

You may register for an account as an individual or as part of an organization. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration

• Keep your login credentials confidential

• Be solely responsible for all activities under your account

You may not include “Solurius” or any similar branding in your account name unless officially authorized. Accounts may be deactivated for violations or security risks.

3. User-Generated Content

By uploading or sharing content (e.g., assignments, media, responses), you:

• Confirm you have the rights to do so

• Retain ownership of your content

• Grant Solurius a royalty-free, global, non-exclusive licence to use, modify, display, and distribute your content for platform functionality

Solurius is not liable for content posted by users and reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights

• Post or upload content that is abusive, illegal, discriminatory, or harmful

• Distribute viruses, malware, or engage in any security-breaching behavior

• Circumvent access controls, use bots/spiders, or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts

• Use the platform for cryptocurrency mining, illegal file sharing, or unsolicited marketing

Violation may lead to content removal, account suspension, or legal action.

5. Advertising and Commercial Use

• You may describe your organization’s commercial activities within your user profile

• Unsolicited advertisements or spam will be deleted

• Only approved and official advertising (e.g., partner promotions) is permitted

• Misuse of Solurius branding for commercial promotion is strictly prohibited without prior approval

6. Feedback and Security Reporting

Feedback submitted by users may be used by Solurius to improve services. You grant Solurius a perpetual, global licence to use feedback for development and communication purposes.

7. Links to Third-Party Services

Solurius may include links to third-party resources. These are provided for user convenience and Solurius does not endorse or control these sites. Users access third-party services at their own risk.

8. Warranties Disclaimer

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.”

 WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

 WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE ACCESS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Solurius will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or system interruption.

 Maximum aggregate liability will not exceed $100.

 This does not affect statutory rights in your jurisdiction.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Solurius against any claims, costs, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform, including violations of these terms or third-party rights.

11. Trademarks

All trademarks, logos, and service marks on the platform are the property of Solurius or third parties. Use of “Solurius” branding without written consent is prohibited.

12. Termination and Suspension

Solurius may suspend or terminate your access to the platform:

• For violations of these terms

• Due to legal/regulatory requirements

• If your account is inactive or compromised

Your data may remain accessible unless legally required to be removed.

13. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of Solurius after updates means you accept the revised terms.
